If you’re a Microsoft nerd, this blog post will be right up your alley. This link will take you to a site where you can browse through and select as many of these books as you wish and download them in a format to fit your device. 
I scrolled through all 150 titles and thought I’d put a list of the main subjects I found. Most books are written for technical people, Microsoft Partners who are using them with their clients and IT folks. Near the end of the list, there was a series of books aimed for students and their teachers, so those are probably written more for the lay person.
There have been close to 4 million downloads from this list of books, so add to that number!
